Ingredients
  • walnut bread
  • prunes
  • cured ham
  • walnuts
  • parsley
  • Bleu d’Auvergne cheese
  • crème fraîche
Preparation
  1. Spread nut bread with cream of Bleu d’Auvergne cheese (cream mixed with Bleu d’Auvergne).
  2. On the canapé, place 1/4 of a prune, and next to it, a piece of cured ham.
  3. Decorate with small pieces of walnuts and chopped parsley.
