- walnut bread
- prunes
- cured ham
- walnuts
- parsley
- Bleu d’Auvergne cheese
- crème fraîche
- Spread nut bread with cream of Bleu d’Auvergne cheese (cream mixed with Bleu d’Auvergne).
- On the canapé, place 1/4 of a prune, and next to it, a piece of cured ham.
- Decorate with small pieces of walnuts and chopped parsley.
