At Condat, follow the signs for the « centre ville » (town centre) then « route de Montboudif ». Specialised in the manufacturing and maturing of Saint-Nectaire « laitier » (dairy-produced cheese). Maturing cellars for Saint-Nectaire « fermier » (farmhouse variety). During the summer season - from July 2nd to September 8th - visits take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 2 pm, by appointment at +33 471 78 51 70 Sales point opens from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 11:45 am and from 3 to 6:30 pm. Saturdays from 9 to 12 am - Free tasting and documentary on cheese making with comments in French. Off-season (September 8th to June 30th ) : the shop opens Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings from 9 to 12 am. Disabled visitors welcome. English spoken.
